Revert hot fix in main. On dev should work the version without this
change. The correct implementation will be done on backend later on.

Statistik isn't feature complete yet and should not be available in the
navigation.

With 8 E2E tests didn't work because the order of Vorgänge is wrong.
Will be investigated later on. For now it is more important to have a
running app stack.
