Remove TPSH specific code

There is some code that is TPSH only and can safely be removed. All TPSH developments that are still in use should be aligned with ODSH structure:

• Remove subject mappings and other subject related code (deprecated for ODSH)
• Reorganize TPSH functions still used in ODSH
  • Remove tpsh prefixes
  • Reorganize tests
  • Reorganize helpers
